Scope
This page applies to customers, guests and end users using ORIUK, app.oriuk.com, public hotel links or related services to discover experiences, hotels, catalogs, orders or bookings.
Providers
ORIUK uses technical and day-to-day management providers, including Google Analytics and Matomo for public website analytics, DonDominio for domain or related management services, and Contabo for technical infrastructure. Stripe is planned as a possible payment provider if ORIUK enables directly billed services in the future.
Main points
- We may process account data such as name, email, email/password credentials, language and preferences.
- We may process contact, usage, booking, order, support and technical data, plus approximate location such as IP-derived location, selected destination, associated hotel or search preferences.
- At launch, ORIUK does not directly charge the end user for experiences redirected to third parties; payment or billing data would only apply if directly billed ORIUK services are enabled in the future.
- Google Analytics and Matomo are currently used on the public website, not in app.oriuk.com.
- Data may be shared with the relevant hotel or supplier when necessary to provide the requested service.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable by writing to privacy@oriuk.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
