Scope
This page applies to ORIUK Hotels use by establishments, suppliers, points of sale, authorized users and staff accessing operational tools related to hotels, experiences, orders, bookings, reports, public links and associated services.
Providers
ORIUK uses technical and day-to-day management providers, including Google Analytics and Matomo for public website analytics, DonDominio for domain or related management services, and Contabo for technical infrastructure. Stripe is planned as a possible payment provider if ORIUK enables directly billed services in the future.
Main points
- We may process authorized user data, professional role data, establishment data, access and security data, operational records and support communications.
- Data may be used to activate establishments, authenticate users, assign roles, operate hotel tools, manage orders or bookings, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with obligations.
- Customer or guest data visible to a hotel may only be used to provide the requested service and must not be reused for unrelated purposes without sufficient legal basis.
Rights
